Our goal is to drink better wine while quarantined - this was a great start with a veal chop and Angelini lemon pasta! Elegance with subtlety - the hint of citrus worked great with this meal (a lot of lemon).

My style more. Quite oaky n dry but innagraded n more complex. Still almost demanding. Yet tasty. Didn’t gain w temp, though.
