Mainly Semillon and Chenin with a few stragglers. Medium bodied and very slightly waxy. Fleshy pear in the mid palate with a soft, creamy finish. A producer who’s star has risen quickly, particularly when it comes to Mourvèdre.

Lots of sediment, probably should have decanted. Not as thought provoking as some of their wines can be, but fun and easy drinking. Doesn’t seem like the couple years I held this have done it any favors.

This stuff is just tasty. Bringing the funk, dank, floral, lively, juicy and all around delicious fruits. All natural winemaking, by 2 couples that wanted to make wine that they wanted to drink. Another “anti-California” Californian wine.

This wine has all the things. Flavors. Textures. But importantly, it has all the acidity too. And then *poof* it's gone.
[If the extra year in the cellar chilled out some of the exuberant stone fruit, it also gave the spicy, herbal side a little more room to breathe. I'll take that trade-off.]
