Vintage 2017 | I love Saering. Juicy, citrus, very dry, concentrated beauty.

Love! Honeyed, mandarin peel, potpourri. Broad, rich palate, but bone dry with refreshing pithy bitterness. Such a treat to drink Muscat with age, and an excellent value to boot.

Perfect aperitif wine. Pairs well with white asparagus and black forest ham.

When we first opened this it smelled like kitty litter. Wine is dry and finish is nutty. Almost like sherry. .

Tasty & delicious - the nose alone makes me happy!
