La Splendeur Du Soleil Monterey Chardonnay

Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and nutty scents. On the palate flavors of apple, pineapple and lemon citrus, cinnamon notes, ok balanced with acidity. Medium finish ending with nutty spice, mineral and citrus notes.

Generous, elegant, moderate on the oak.

Wow for an oaked Chardonnay, I like that! Green apple taste... Key lime... Smooth. Even Steph liked it.

Meh. Too fruity and no oak flavor. For the price I’d take a pass on purchasing it again.

Buttery, velvety, delicious

Tobacco, leather. Not too crisp. Muted. Enjoyable. Good color. Like it.

Easy sipper with just the right amount of oak and buttery notes.

Citrus smell with a very buttery taste. Not my favorite Chardonnay, but still pretty good.

Enjoyed the soft buttery taste. It was wonderful with sauté snapper. I would definitely purchase again since I do not care for a strong oaky Chardonnay.
