Monterey is my new respite from the world. Their wines...well for starters quality for price. But also my goodness the subregions are as nuanced as Burgundy I know I’m committing wine crime.
Anyway this is quite ripe. Rather ripe. There is some fun oak.

La Petite Grace Monterey Pinot Noir 2019
Full-bodied. Dark fruit. The very end of the finish was mildly acidic. I think this would be even better after breathing a bit. Good stuff. — 9 months ago

Beautiful! Light, pale pink & refreshing. Smooth, crisp & dry. Good value. Mollie Stone in Sausalito had a tasting. We have enjoyed the Pinot Noir as well as the Rose of Pinot Noir. Very nice – would buy it again. — 3 months ago
