Dark ruby color. Incredibly ripe and loaded with oak on the nose along with aromas of cooked cherries and vanilla. Cherry compote also on the pallet with heavy doses of vanilla, caramel, black licorice, chocolate and baking spices. Rich and concentrated. Long and earthy finish. Smooth and velvety tannins. Overly sweet and manipulated wine. Vanilla, caramels, over oaked. Dry and bitter finish. Like Meiomi. Babs liked it less than me. Mom liked it ok.
