Laura’s 2018 from Chambers most recent box on 1/20/2021. Sauvignon blanc not Pinot noir! Very nice — more complex than past. Granny Smith apple, limestone, bright — but a layer of sultryness and lush mouthfeel. Citrus. Ripe cantaloupe all the way to green skin. A tad alkaline. Warmth, Wohlgefühl.
