Thought it would be sweeter. Pleasantly surprised it was more like a French rose. Drank on the night that Billings might reach the all time record for most snow in one year, so drank as a way to eff the snow, but also getting, at least bragging rights about the amount of snow.

Nose is green apple, tart cherry, a little spice. Very dry on the palate. Bubbles are a little bigger than I'm used to. Flavors are floral honey, red apple, while milk and a hair of sulfur on the finish.
