Very good with cheese, it is a dry wine with nice fruit flavor.

A good value Cabernet. A little tannic at first but finishes nicely. #66 on the Wine Spectator Top 100 Wines of 2023.

Even after some time to breathe, it still has a bit of a bike to it. Tongue, coding, tannins, definite influence of all, if you can taste vanilla. Soft and easy, but with chewy fruit. The structure is there, but it just needs a bit more softening in my uneducated opinion. 

A young Cabernet. Needs time to breathe before drinking.
