Delille Cellars

DeLille Cellars

D2 Columbia Valley Merlot Blend

2012 vintage. Deep garnet color, full bodied, tight out of the bottle. Opens up to red cherry, wild herbs, dill, leather notes. Balanced tannin, very long finish. — 4 days ago

Harrison Hill Cabernet Sauvignon Carménère 2016

A complex red with beautiful notes of dark fruit and pepper. — 2 months ago

DeLille Cellars

Doyenne Métier Grenache Blend 2016

One of two for a “night after” Friendsgiving with some turkey & dumpling soup. This is bright and elegant, and shows an excellent complex balance of red berries & cracked pepper. Impressive as always. — 3 months ago

Chaleur Estate Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend 2018

Really thick, buttery, woody, a bit of honeysuckle, raspberry, wood, smoke, and nice finish. Would get again for sure. — 3 months ago

Four Flags Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

We had the 2014 Vintage on 1/26-27/20. We enjoyed this fruit forward New World Washington Cab. Tastes of plum, blackberry, lavender and spice. A smooth finish with fine tannins. I have one more bottle of 2014 and 2012! — 25 days ago

Chaleur Blanc Sauvignon Blanc - Sémillon Blend 2015

Nose has delicate yellow fruits, a waxy lanolin Semillon thing, and some toasty oak. Dark and low toned in the mouth — almost like a red— but very persistent and nicely balanced. Needs a delicate fish dish as a counterpoint to shine. (Not great with turkey.) — 3 months ago
