Klar meddelintensiv vinröd färg; röd köttighet, carpaccio, kryddor, mild/stram frukt i doften; smak med bra struktur, ungt, meddellång eftersmak ngt metallisk. Inte mycket att jämföra med förutom Hermitager som La Chapelle och Crozes, båda fr Paul Jaboulet Aine, som är betydligt större viner.

Ripe red fruits and smoked meat on the nose. The palate is fruit forward and filled with cherry, raspberry, cassis, and white pepper. Finish is nice with black raspberry and toasted oak/burnt toast. Medium body, soft tannins.

Jan 31st, 2016Red fruits, white pepper, licorice and smoke on the nose. It's body is medium/minus. It's tounge is present in ripe red raspberries, silky soft tannins and mild acidity with a short finish. Not terrible but not really impressive either.

Light on the palate, to the point of fooling me into thinking it was mostly Grenache. Meat, Turkish spices.
