Vintage Porto Port Blend
Hazy and tawny red. Heat on the nose with dark cocoa, cinnamon and stewed berries. A bit more power on the body but still heat. Similar notes on the palate. A little unbalanced and needs time. Drink till 2025.

Apr 3rd, 2017Our son’s birth year, bought for his 40th birthday but opened for Christmas. Lots of sediment, fantastic bouquet, perfectly mature, so enjoyable to sip, and aftertaste goes on for several minutes. Sublime.

Vintage Port is such a cut above all other port. This was a great balance of a serious still wine meeting a lush, semi-sweet dessert Port. Raisiny, yet complex.

Jan 13th, 2016So heady. Walnuts and chocolate nose. Fig, cola, cinnamon, lush. A little burn in the byke but birth year vintage port can't be beat. Drinks only mildly sweet nie.

Jun 19th, 2017Clear medium ruby color. Clean medium nose with hints of meat, wet leaves, cedar, caramel and cooked red fruits, a little hot. Medium sweetness and acidity, medium tannins and medium + body. Very long finish with cooked fruits flavor and a slight bitterness. Very nice complexity and balance. 21 deg alc
