Remnants of an xmas bottle. Drinking great a week or so later.

Dry. Flavors of ripe black berry fruit, ripe black cherry, vanilla, clove, soft licorice. Rich, velvety tannins.

Berry aroma, soft tannins some spices good with steak.

Nice, smooth, semi-sweet, great wine to pair with charcuterie and cheese.

Well balanced, nose has notes of dark berries and burnt fruit. Well made but not stunning. The regular bottling is the better deal.
