Nice waxy honeyed lemon rind, and still clinging. Fattening up certainly but still stands up

Chablis with charcuterie, Premetta with oysters. Never have followed directions very well.

Mmm now this is what one should do with this variety. Lovely linear lime-y background to this 10 years on, just spreading out over the edges, a touch of gras without heaviness, still great freshness and lemon curd goodness. No abominable oaky toast hell here.

Flint - Citrus - Honey in perfect balance. Soft attack and long mid representing traditional Chablis. Bottle age really adds to the honeyed lanolin.
