intense on flavor yet so light on the palate. slate, wet stone, white stone fruit, subtle lemon rind all lead to palate where flavors build to a richness. under ripe mango, lemon curd, cantaloupe. lovely

Despite its modest price I really enjoyed this as a first course wine. Notes of lime, bruised green apple and minerality on the nose softened with time and green vegetal notes took up their spots. The palate was dry but had a nice finish. Very nicely done.

Аромат выраженный, леденцово-цветочный, свежий. Белые сладкие цветы, каллы, персик, раннее белое яблоко, очень полный вкус. Кислотность мягкая, приятная, умеренное послевкусие. Отлично. 15.5/20 (87/100)

The origins of the Damilano family dates back to over a century ago, when Guiseppe Borgogno, the great-grandfather of the current owners, started to grow and make wine from his own grapes. Pale straw yellow with fresh stone and tropical fruit aromas. On the palate apple, melon and citrus with a touch of earthiness. Reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc. Good acidity and balance ending with mineral tones.

Very good for what it is. Thought it was a sort of Vinho Verde plus. Same style as the iconic cheap tart sipper but with a bit more going on.

I really enjoyed this wine. Mineral, lime, then a smooth almost light creamy finish 2019.
