Great balance between white pepper and minerality. A little too light for bbq but great for 2+ glasses with a full moon out tonight. 2012 Ribiera Sacra - Pena do Lobo. Nevermind the thirsty monkey #riberasacra #redwine #red #spain

Simple and pretty. Red fruit, pepper, cigarette ash, mineral. Yummy.

Funky, tart red fruit, high acidity, light body, sneaky tannins that build, light oak.

Underrated wine. Steel aging provides seem less transition from nose to pallet to finish. Zesty and fresh. Floral with some spice. Live and drinkable with food or without. Rose petals and eastern spices. Medium mouth and acid. Generous concentration and overall brilliant value at the price point. Bonus...winemaker is class act.

Muted aromas of stewed cherries with some notes of black pepper and mineral. Very grapey and a bit thin in flavor. I will put this in the fridge and revisit it tomorrow night.

It has a light finish, with a blackberry flavor. I probably wouldn't buy a bottle again, but I'd buy a glass at a happy hour or if I was in the mood for a single glass of wine.

Easy, straightforward wine. It's a great bet for a medium bodied red - fruity, nice oak, minerally. Not a wine that will knock your socks off, but great for the price point and is definitely order again.

Credit 80+ year old vines to let soil speak so clearly. The bold #granite forms decisive structure around the tart red fruit and #tobacco-flecked nose and palate.
