Got this in the can, which makes it even more casual and fun. Full of flavor, a little too fruit forward, but nonetheless drinkable. Goes great with all sorts of bbq foods and chicken. Would drink again, actually, with any sort of patio meal.

Good pinot, if a tad sweet. Cherries for sure.

Screw top, CA AVA. A wine for the label shopping consumer. Deeper red than some Pinot, but still shows rosy red in the light. Smells like really ripe cherries, rocks, poultry and matchbooks. Flavors are pronounced and bright. Plenty of fruity foreground. It’s got a hint of woody fresh herb stems and plenty of black cherry juice. Not much mineral or subtle nuance, but enough chewy tannin. This is a decent working CA Pinot. If you’re going affordable with mass appeal, it’s sure to fly,
