Sipping Fine Wine

Produced since 1994 and named for Mt. Jefferson in the Cascade Range that is east of Cristom Vineyards and visible from their tasting room. From a blend of estate vineyard grapes, the wine is Ruby with aromas of red berries, floral and spice. On the palate flavors of fresh cherry with tea and cola notes, clean and vibrant. Fine soft tannins, long finish, carrying fruit and ending with a soft spice character. Very nice, great value!!

Mostly whole cluster and 20% new French Oak. Great, lifted floral aromas and a touch of spice. Black cherry in the background. Really classic Willamette.

This Pinot Noir from Oregon surprised me . It is medium body and almost “sparkly”- pairs well with pork tacos and pasta

2019 vintage. This winery is on a hot streak. Elegant body with a kicking spice addendum on the finish. Fruit/tannins balance on point.
