I’m normally a Jessie fan, but the Eileen 2015 is such a complete wine. Depth, complexity, lovely finish.

I bathed in this wine all weekend.

My favorite of the two Cristoms we had last night. Bright cherry with plenty of acidity to cut through rich foods. Layered and complex with a very enjoyable long finish.
