Stainless steel fermented to show off its old vine fruit. Intense, black fruit flavors!

Earthy, dried strawberry, cloves, a hint of leather. Solid and delicious with chops.

A dusty raspberry nose... On the palate, this becomes all black current... Woodsy too... This is just a solid, old world, drinking wine with soft tannin and a finish to consider.

Dark cherry or currant with a peppery spice on the back of the tongue. Smooth yet spicy at the same time. I prefer a bit smoother of a Grenacha but the distinct jamminess makes up for it.

Green olives on the nose that become more prominent in tasting. Pepper, I can't tell if it's black or white. Slightly astringent, with sharp, interesting tannins. An adventure wine well worth the price!
