2014 - Great vintage for this Etna Bianco blend of Carricante, Catarratto, Minnella. Such a long finish with nice melange of saltiness and smooth acidity. Great wine. #etnakalatour

This is a really tasty med bodied etna bianco. The nose is quiet with muted citrus notes and smoke. Bright acidity provides a concentrated vibrancy on the palate, with lemon, lime, dried herbs, and a gingery/smoky saline minerality along with underlying hints of passion fruit and apple. Has a persistent finish with lingering mineral and citrus notes. Hard to put down.
