Five years isn't much in madeira, but this bual/tinta negra blend avails itself well. Caramel, mild acidity, crème brûlée nose.

Afforda-baul and delicious. Hazelnut skins, orange peel, caramel, saline ... Savoury, salty, and explodes with refreshing acid!! And you can have a wee tipple and keep the open bottle for... Ever. Madeira rocks.
