Brut Cava Blend

An off putting lime kool-ade flavor. Not sweet but I definitely get that taste that takes me back to my mom’s kitchen in 1983, pouring myself some green kool—ade. But not in a fun nostalgic way because I hated when my mom made lime kool-ade.

Clear straw yellow color with slight bubbles. Light Citrus fruit nose. The palate shows lively acidity and tart green Apple and orange flavors. The wine has earthy tones and minerality on the finish. Ok but better Cava's out there if you spend about $5 more.

I did have a rose’ bubbly prior however I really did enjoy this and especially for the price; I’ll definitely get this again! Loved that it wasn’t too sweet and definitely was crisp!

Good sparkling wine for mixed drinks like Bellinis. Not particularly extraordinary but has nice citrusy notes with a light green grass finish. Pairs well with acidity. Nice light bubbles for a good value.

Crisp. Love the dryness.

Dry, Apple, mineral. Great apertif with figs and cheese.

Great blend. Straw to light gold color, great fizz. Nice nose of green apple with a hint of lemon zest. Dry apple pallet with a light body and some toastyness, definitely some acidity.
