Wow. This is exemplary. Aging gracefully, but still extremely youthful. A gift from our close friends approx. 12 years ago. Shared it with them tonight. Such good times. Blueberry pie notes with hints of cherries and sage. Mid palate tilts towards mint and moderate sweetness. Very relaxed finish. This has years of runway ahead of it - Dover, NJ.

Outstanding after an hour or more in the glass. Silky smooth all the way through the finish. Blueberry and blackberry dark fruit, layered with a touch of dark chocolate and a lighter layer of licorice. Extremely well balanced to drink now, and can probably sleep for another year or two, but I would not push it.

Rich and dark fruit that then builds with a smooth blend of chocolate, coffee, caramel and touch of orange. The finish is long and elegant.
