Dry for a chianti but good with dinner.

Not nearly in the running for its class but pleasurable enough when the only alternative is no wine with dinner.

Dried rose/Violet, candied red cherry, raspberry, med body, licorice, med plus tannin, med plus acidity with high minerality. Great value for a everyday drinking chianti. 90% Sangiovese, 10% canaiolo.

Thoroughly enjoyed this wine, especially for the price. Bright red fruit, light to medium bodied. Poundable

Dusty floral and cherry aromatic is alluring, without tomatoes or fatty roast the acidity would be ripping.

This wine way overdelivers at $10/bottle. Great "starter" chianti-albeit international style.
