Usually not a Blanc dblanc person but this is very nice

2012 harvest from their plot of land in Avize. Meyer lemon and biscotti. Bright but balanced with a warming mouthfeel. 100% Chardonnay. Definitely developed beautifully when left to breathe. Would be fantastic in a few years!

I don't know the difference between good bubbles and great bubbles. My palate ain't that sophisticated. But these are good/great bubbles
