A crisp, bright, smoky nose leads to lemon verbena and white flower aromas. Beautifully crisp and bright on the palate with lots of zest. Energetic flavors of lemon and lime zest lead to fresh, crisp acidity and a touch of volcanic minerality. The finish is long and clean with bright, lingering acidity and a touch of saltiness. Wonderful and in a perfect place after three years.

Soave is boring and this one was even more so
