So rich and so fine. I am usually a fan of more oxidative style bubbles so I am predisposed to enjoy Gran Reservas and yet this #Cava is so fresh and juicy. #codorniu

The bubble and acids basically jump out of the glass. The finish on this is looooooooong and delicious. Apples and stone fruits so ripe and luscious. You can't help but polish off a bottle quick.
