Light straw color. Light in the glass. Sweet nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemongrass and spice. Lots of material in the mouth. Nice quaff sitting on the terrace overlooking Queenstown at sunset.

Aromas of slate, orange blossom and grapefruit. Same grapefruit flavor with notes of tropical fruit, lemon and fresh herbs. Tart, clean and firm. Might be just a bit past its prime.
