Made with 100% Niellucciu, basically Corsica’s name for Sangiovese, deep Ruby with aromas of red fruits, floral, citrus and smoky oak, 100% Sangiovese. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry, cherry and plum flavors with floral notes, cacao, tobacco and spicy notes. Fine ripe sweet tannins, long finish ending with fruit and an earthy mineral spice character.

Lovely, fresh, organically farmed Corsican Sangiovese. Cherries, raspberries, and ash. Juicy, but opens up and rounds out with some air. Good pairing for cassoulet.
