Starts medium gold with a flinty, slightly reductive nose. As it warms fruit profile shifts from pomme fruits into golden fruits as pineapple. Minimal oak, but there is a mealy, slightly less quality upon first opening. Excellent balanced though just medium bodied. Acid is medium plus, and fresh.

Medium gold. Subdued aromas of creamy yellow apple, white and yellow orchard fruits including apricot and pear. Medium bodied with balanced acid. A bit simple. Stood up to the dressing.
