Fresh cab franc. Almost Gamay-like at first but the cab franc tannin asserts itself on the finish.

The nose makes you think this will be on the rustic side. The palate is quite approachable and easy right away. More structure (tannin) than expected at the entry level, but this definitely has the texture to balance the generous fruit. Very good.
