Very deep, fresh looking robe. Excellent nose, black fruit with some leathery funk, tobacco and a herbal note. Deep black fruit on the palate too, super concentrated, with robust, even tough tannins and lively acidity. Finish is very long. This is very impressive but either needs more time or fatty food on its side.

Lovely Cabernet from what turns out to be one of my favorite wineries in Israel: Clos de Gat, well made and delicious, old world in style yet still powerful with lovely notes of earth, black currents, coffee, Mediterranean spice and a light touch of chocolate, full body, round firm tannins, lovely acidity. My score 89, drink to 2023

Fruity on the nose with cherries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cloves, oak, licorice, vanilla, earth, dirt and black pepper.
Full-bodied with high acidity and nice legs.
Fruity and dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, pomegranate, oak, Earth, forest floor, cloves, Cedar, chocolates, Cola and black pepper.
Long finish with firm tannins and light peppercorn.
A nice Cabernet Sauvignon from the Judean Hills in Israel, with an Old World style. Enjoyable now, but needs three years to smooth out and become even better.
95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot.
Aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
Dark Ruby / Inky in color with a dark purple Rim.
