A nice rustic country red. Nose has loads of crushed rock, licorice, and black cherry. Loads of flavor concentration in the mouth, but in a balanced package. Big whacks of ripe dark cherry and rock. But good transparency. Some tannin is there, but it doesn’t intrude. Alcohol and acids in moderation. Good dinner wine for a rustic chicken, sausage, and chick pea braise.

Delicious. Crisp, mineral tinge with some clover honey and oleander.

I have a fascination and tend to like the wines from Corsica, a lot. It's been a while for this one at 9 years old but it is drinking beautifully now with room to go!

Really nice, like a hypothetical blend of a Chianti Classico and a Bandol Rouge. Darker with no bricking yet so it's holding up very well for 9 years of age. The nose and palate are very expressive with red and blue fruits, spice, and a nice tension from the acidity that keeps things fresh, while the fruit and spice abound. Slightly more than medium in body, tannin and acidity, the alcohol is med+ on the label but tastes integrated. Nose, palate and finish are med+. All in harmony here and has another 5+ easy.

A lot of fruit for a Corsican red (ime), blueberry, tart blackberry and raspberry, completely offset by black olive and herbs from the typical Corsican machis that makes its way into the wines like the herbs in Provence can sometimes do.

Quite tart. More in a min. Cherries in a barn. 13.5%. Bright, fresh. Astringent to young tons of fruit which need to resolve but so much fun already!

2015 Vintage. Nice rose. Garagiste purchase. Great value. Now dropping some pink tart rates.

Wow, just wow. Pnp. So aromatic. One of the most aromatic wines right from the start. Massive Smokey BlackBerry aromas. BlackBerry, charcoal, smoke, plum, and a bit of tart blueberry.
First wine tasted from Corisca and definitely not my last! Highly recommend!

Interesting. Has good black / blue fruit going on. Medium to full. Good experiment. Will be fun to watch this evolve over a few years.
