This may not be super complex, but it makes up for it in texture. There is a lovely, creamy floral and pear note with a hint of sourdough and such a soft and inviting texture from front to rear on the palate that you can't help but go back for more. Definitely has that Alsatian weight and density yet lively acidity keeps it fresh and far from tiring on the palate. As the winemaker says, great for breakfast through dinner!
