Hay smelling , easy drinking, raw rice, ale malt tasting and after taste Pinot!

A fine bottle of fizz, with tiny, persistent bubbles and good froth. Slightly off pink in colour with nice fruit (white peach and wild strawberries) and juicy acidity. A nice touch of mint / cardamon in the finish. This is really nice.

This is the perfect sparkling wine- fruity without being too sweet. Tasting white peach.
