Get this was more complex that his previous valdiguie petnats. Still has watermelon on the palette, but much more restrained. Pale orange in the glass. Touch of brioche. Slightly bitter finish. — 6 years ago
Beautiful natural pet nat. Retained great gamay character with amazing laser acidity. Good alone, but really shines with food. — 6 years ago
Don’t get the low rating for this wine. Incredibly delicate. Cedar and florals on the nose. Soft cherry and minerals with a a touch of oak on the palate. — 6 years ago
Punches well above it’s weight. Beautiful red fruit and earth on the nose. Tannins are still a little strong. Will get better with time. — 6 years ago
First experience with Pinot Fin. At least with the 2015 vintage, quite reminiscent of an early drinking Burgundy. A bit more meatiness on the palate. Interesting and worth a try for an overlooked varietal. Not Pinot Noir as stated by Delectable. — 6 years ago
Effervescent grapefruit with a touch of funk. Really nice. — 6 years ago
Has improved with a bit more bottle age. Will probably get better with a bit more. Great ripe Pinot fruit. Subtle oxidation. Good acidity. — 6 years ago
Never had a sparkling Cabernet Sauvignon before, but thoroughly enjoyed this wine. A touch sweet, with red fruits and brioche. Would definitely drink it again. — 6 years ago
