Bright citrus character just a bit muted after bottle age. Light to medium body, good fruit but showing its age. Just one of a handful of bottles I've had from the island and I'm thirsting for more.

2018 vintage. Crisp, fresh, mixed apple and pear with lime skin aromas. A round mouth feel with yellow fruit, Asian apple, grapefruit and ginger with a leesy and citrus finish. A nice job balancing between roundness and acidity. Grilled BC Halibut or roasted Sablefish would be sublime.
