Bright citrus character just a bit muted after bottle age. Light to medium body, good fruit but showing its age. Just one of a handful of bottles I've had from the island and I'm thirsting for more.

2018 vintage.
Crisp, fresh, mixed apple and pear with lime skin aromas.
A round mouth feel with yellow fruit, Asian apple, grapefruit and ginger with a leesy and citrus finish.
A nice job balancing between roundness and acidity.
Grilled BC Halibut or roasted Sablefish would be sublime.

The colour threw me off. It's clear. Looks like water. Ironically, it is like the nature of water: not sweet or robust.
