First time with mondeuse reminiscent of Cannonau or funky Grenache. Tasty wine with fruit up front with minerality on the finish. — 9 years ago
Like comfort food, comfort wine, big fruit, smooth texture full body everything you want for Sunday night. — 10 years ago
Fruity, rich and plummy, floral on the nose but lush on the palate. My first valdigué, I'm into it. — 10 years ago
Bright blackberry jam, a touch of earthiness, acid is still present and fresh. What it lacks in depth it makes up for in super up front fruit that keeps you coming back for another whiff or another sip. I bought this on my first trip to Napa/Sonoma three years ago. — 9 years ago
Bright citrus character just a bit muted after bottle age. Light to medium body, good fruit but showing its age. Just one of a handful of bottles I've had from the island and I'm thirsting for more. — 9 years ago
Definitely not the Loire! Big, rich cab franc more fruit less cedar and graphite than I was expecting. Finish is long with grainy tannins and a bit of heat. — 10 years ago
Delicious. Elegance and grace with more tertiary aromas showing spice and earth and bricks. Reminiscent of more feminine Brunelli. Drinking very nicely don't hold it in your cellar much longer. — 9 years ago
Delicious little rosé for the end of summer. Med body with lots of red fruit leaping out the glass. Medium acid but a delicious glass, went nicely with spicy brined chicken off the grill. — 9 years ago
Big on fruit for Oregon, but still classic with bright and fresh acidity, elegant body and a perfect match for salmon. — 10 years ago

Tasty cherry and spice notes in this light bodied tart little offering from BC. Beautiful acidity gives the finish extra length as it hangs and hangs on the palate. — 9 years ago
