Cata cencerro, fuera de sitio en la cata, cansino, con notas de madera y más maduro q todos los demás... no me da más

Pretty good, showing some classic MAV structure, albeit a little heat.

Autumnal. All cranberries and damp leaves and earth. And orange zest, just 'cause. Yum.

Moulin à Vent 2010, Christophe Pacalet. Nez fermé, même après 1 heure d'ouverture. La bouche quant à elle semble plus évocatrice; pivoine, framboise et poivre long. Un vin de soif avec un bon fond sérieux ( charnu et un poil généreux). Bu un mardi soir et accompagné d'une tomme de brebis et une terrine au foie gras. Agréable:)

Fruity open nose. After an hour in a decanter, the wine delivers well, with primary notes of crunchy red fruits. Fresh and lively, well contained, a lot of finesse here with already notes of undergrowth, humus. Fine, depth. Nice aging potential.

Nez ouvert fruité. Après une heure en carafe le vin se livre bien, sur des notes primaires de fruits rouges croquants. La fraîcheur et vive, bien contenue, beaucoup de finesse ici avec déjà des notes de sous bois, humus qui commencent déjà à poindre. Finesse profondeur. Joli potentiel de vieillissement.

Subtle spicy. Pepper. Little smoke. Soft tannins.

Drinking tonight with Dad and Emmanuelle at Elliot’s @ Borough Market. Dark fruit on the palette, good depth and overall easy to drink. Went well with Prime Rib.

Quite good, but you feel the strength from 2015. May be better after it sits a while. Certainly charming but a bit out of balance
