Crowd pleaser skin-contact Chardonnay. Sharp nose of passion fruit, green apple and scents of spring. Gentler and more delicate cottony flavor.

Idiosyncratic chard. First thing this made me think of was English cider.
Yeast nose with orange oil. Palate displays oranges and orchard apples, with tannins and bright acidity. Doesn’t resemble a chardonnay, but it’s an interesting departure.

Jul 10th, 2022beautifully colored chardonnay, has some skin contact so much richer and cloudier than usual. nose of melons, lemons, tart green apples, some pretty white flowers too. very high toned and elegant in general. palate - very apple-y, tart fresh apples. definitely funky, bigger richer mouthfeel. a little wild and rough around the edges. fun wine.

Mar 21st, 2020Tough wine to rate. Funky and rough around the edges but that part is restrained/in check enough to make it interesting and a bit captivating. Don't serve to somebody who says they like "chardonnay" though.

Freshly squeezed orange juice, apricot jam, a handful of herbs, slight rose water finish in the bouquet.
A cold herbaceous gin cocktail on a hot summer day, it bleeds oranges, but also mangoes. Luxurious silken mouthfeel. Love the natural color, process, and story.
A joy to drink. Perfect for autumn and remembering the last days of summer.

Really funky orange. Started amazing but unfiltered yeast gave it a bit too much funk.
