This wine revealed some nice secrets. I did not know it had a bit of a fizz - pleasant surprise. I knew it would have a citrus base but did not know there would be a bit of pear and a whisper of yeast. Enjoyed the unexpected!

Natural, unfiltered, so slightly carbonated, this adds quite a bit of character to Gruner. Pear, yeast, some saline, bit of lemon balm at the finish. Interesting- no funk that many natural wines have ( and that I generally like).
