Minerally and dry, but with hints of citrus and a lovely clean finish. Sent as a gift from my boss, and delicious. Stored well in the fridge too.

This is nice. Strawberry, white peach, some stone mineral, floral notes. Not very effervescent, acid is pretty subtle too. I’d like a hair more zing, but still pairs nicely with a rich salmon.
