Really good. Lemons, deft use of oak. A bit of vanilla. Very pleasurable. Enjoyed with grilled salmon, grilled corn, rice and Cole slaw.

I opened this due to slight seepage from the cork. The wine is sound. Decanted 1 hr prior to consumption. Lemony. Nicely balanced.

@Delectable this is Cholet-Pelletier Puligny Enseignères. Some mild citrus, oak spice, fairly closed and ungiving, med - acid

@Delectable Wine this is the Les Ensiegneres, not the village Puligny. Cool yellow fruit & ripe apricots with minty nuance. Flinty nose & fresh acid add complexity. Very pretty wine took a little time to open up, but quite generous.
