Feb 21st, 2018Nice - black cherry, blackberry, black plum, violets, licorice, some earth. Riper fruit but nice acidity and tannins are rounder. Little boozy @ 14% but it’s a balanced dolcetto

Massive fruit, sturdy tannin structure and long, complex finish. Blackberry, dark cherry, violets, dark chocolate, tobacco, cedar, mint, minerals and leather. Dolcetto doesn’t get any better.
