Classic Loire Cab Franc scents of walnut, machine oil, bramble, and some dark black cherry underneath. Soft and mouthfilling, it’s got ripeness alloyed with really nice acids. I am not a huge fan of CF from the Loire but this works well with with mac n cheese.

Raspberries! At least, it smells like raspberries. It’s oaked - 3/4 (4 being a piece of wood in your mouth, 1 being it never touched oak).
