This is the best smelling wine I’ve ever drank. — 5 days ago
From Sonja's cellar. Drank at 2018 BBQ with Yvonne Pernomo — a year ago
I really like this. I went into the wine shop in Belfort France, the guy didn't speak English but I told him I wanted something from the loire and this is what he gave me. Medium body with elegance and substance. — a month ago

Excellent. Had it with with Emil and Yvonne at miraj — 2 years ago
Heck yeah, chenin! Chenin might be my favorite white grape- it made the first white wine that blew my mind, and it is consistently delicious.
This particular offering showcases its versatility with an oxidative style, more savory and rich. The acid is plentiful and enjoyable, mouthwatering even. I could not stop pouring more; frankly, it was better than the food I ate with it.
I only hesitate to recommend it due to its polarizing nature. — 2 months ago
A brilliant wine. A complex wine. But also a young wine. Like a Loire 1st Growth. Needs 5-6 years. But amazing. And yes amazing in 2014. Can’t imagine 2015. Well yes I can. Anyway, deep nose, ethereal nose, woodland berry, forest, lord of the rings deep thicket forest, spice, herbaceous, tobacco, mineral, so so so deep, so so 1st growth Bordeaux but oddly more left than right bank even tho it’s Cab Franc. Superb but in 5-6 years watch out this will wreck Bordeaux 5-6-7 times more expensive than it. Amazing depth. It’s a substantial wine, with unreal fruit density and small berry fruit intensity and superb balance and length. Blackberry fruit that is so well defined and so vivid. Incredible minerality on the finish. Big structure but also amazing elegant and toothsome tannins. Masterful tannins that master the vintage. The blackberry fruit and minerality just coats your palate and does not quit. Easily best 2014 red Loire I’ve tasted. Brilliant wine. — 9 months ago
