Butterscotch and caramel, VA, desiccated Autumn leaves, condensed milk, creme brûlée. Black tea on the palate, white cardamom. Paired with white truffles and foie gras. Awesome!!

Wonderful complexity on the nose - lime leaf/rind, tangerine, lychee, guava - tropical fruit salad with dollops of honey. Tastes like jolly ranchers coated with marmalade. Would love a touch more acidity to balance out the unctuous sticky sweet goodness of this nectar!
