Showing oranges, tangerines, honey, ripen apples, Indian spices, pears, light tropical fruits, peaches and white pepper.
Full-bodied with high acidity and well balanced. Rich and extracted.
Showing nice complexity with a nice buttery mouthfeel.
Delicious and engaging.
Will age nicely in the next 20 to 30 years.

May 3rd, 2017Butterscotch and caramel, VA, desiccated Autumn leaves, condensed milk, creme brûlée. Black tea on the palate, white cardamom. Paired with white truffles and foie gras. Awesome!!

Dec 11th, 2016Wonderful complexity on the nose - lime leaf/rind, tangerine, lychee, guava - tropical fruit salad with dollops of honey. Tastes like jolly ranchers coated with marmalade. Would love a touch more acidity to balance out the unctuous sticky sweet goodness of this nectar!
