A very thick high alcohol and rustic suduiraut. Tastes good even with 5 days leftover in the refrigerator.

Another Wednesday Wine Committee lunch, this time hosted by my buddy @Will Adams ! As always, all wines are tasted blind.

Killer! Drinking so nice right now. Almost everyone (including myself) guessed Sauternes. Richness is there but not overly sweet. Orange marmalade, honeysuckle, dried apricot and a toasted caramel note. Wonderful.

Amber dark gold color. Thick and heavy in the glass. Notes of vanilla, brown sugar, and some creme brûlée. Rich and big in the mouth. Light acidity builds and with air this rounds out to a nicely enjoyable finisher for the evening. BDay dinner 12/12.
