A funky but fun entry in the shower of Pet Nats being made in Ca. This one, a Chenin Blanc, is lively with a sweet jasmine floral core. On a hot sunny day who doesn't love them?

Soapy and cilantro laced. Rounded out by barrel elevage but now oak influenced.

My first sip of the still. I'd love some shellfish in my face right now. Bouillabaisse and fresh baguettes to dip in the sauce. Mercy.

Beautiful Chenin, but perhaps a touch closed on day one. Will take another look tomorrow and I expect it to be in top form then.
